Plastic Models

As many other modelers, I built my first model when I was a kid, with lots of help from my father. I was 5-yr old and the model was a biplane. We ("Royal We") built it on a Sunday afternoon, at my grandparents house. The hardest part of all was to wait two hours for the glue to set, before I could start playing with it!!

 

I have not kept track of how many models I have built. I has been mainly aircraft, but there has been the occasional armor and ship as well. As many others in this hobby, I also took my breaks from it. Sometimes due to the financial glitches, sometimes due to other interests (girls, trips, college, etc).

 

This website shows my builds since 2004, after I moved to Ft Collins, Colorado. It is intended as a way to help me see my own progress as a modeler, by keeping track of my builds -and my mistakes- and as a way to share my hobby with other modelers.

 

It has been over thirty years since I’ve built my first model and I still keep building them. It is probably the only thing I have done for my entire life.
